You mean "Farcebook". No thanks. I'm a government employee so I assume I'm probably micro-chipped without my knowledge or permission. I don't need another large shadowy institution compiling information about me and making assumptions about my needs, wants, preferences, and kinks.

But you folks knock yourselves out with that argument of "But it's the easiest way to keep up with everyone I know." I honestly KNOW three people in my life, whereas the rest are regular or passing acquaintances (no insult intended to anyone here as I love this place and a good 90% of the regulars are awesome). If I can't reach out and directly communicate with those 3 people, then we shouldn't be in each others lives.

Yeah, I should have just said, "No thanks, Newt" and moved on. Oh well.
