Following link should do it. https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ Just remember to untick the boxes in the middle column if you don't wan't McAfee installed as well.

Worked for me. I never even thought of it because Flash usually (or at least used to) prompt me to update it when it was out-of-date.

I'm not sure Dark Alex is real.  I tried his fix and STILL can't see the video links.

Hmm, what browser do you use and does that maybe need an update? After that I'd look at my graphics card driver etc. A thought occured to me while at was at work, possibly a Java update?

And no I am not real. I am a dream to some... a nightmare to others! (I'd offer karma for identifying that quote, but I think that one is too easy).
