Movie that grossed you out the most?

One of the House movies. I can't remember which one, possibly something like number four had a scene where this pus like stuff is drained from one guys neck and another man is forced to drink it.

While I cant hand on heart say I've sat through the whole thing "Kuso" by Steve Ellison is quite grim in places...Personally I could also never sit through Hellraiser 2 all the way through without squeaming through some of the self mutilation sequences...

I was watching Peter Jackson's BAD TASTE the other night- and the scene where the guy pukes huge amounts of nasty chunky green vomit into a large bowl and the other bad guys drink it-UGH!

I won't say "grossed me out" but Ronin (1998) gave me bad motion sickness with the for real driving and stunts: I nearly vomited during the accident scene in the Paris tunnel.

That's a disgusting scene, but it builds to the great punchline when the guy goes back for more.  I would probably say the custard scene in Jackson's Dead Alive is a bit much for me to handle.

I didn't make it through Demons the first time I put it on because the oozing wounds and teeth falling out in the transformation scenes were too gross for me.  Fortunately, I went back to finish it and ended up loving the movie.

SLUGS had some particularly yucky scenes-- especially the one with the health inspector spitting up blood from the slugs inside him, then falling on the floor where his eyeball explodes and baby slugs writhe around across his bloody face.. that really stuck with me a long, long time!

Also, the ending to BLUE EYES OF THE BROKEN DOLL with maggots in a dead person's eye sockets.

''I saw the devil.''  A lovely little south Korean movie about a psychotic serial killer who is shown. Murdering innocent people in graphic. Violent detail.  In one scene he realize he's swallowed a tracking bug so he steals some laxative, takes a huge dump and graphically goes thru the massive log with his bare hands to find the bug.
