I was watching a special "Richard Engel on assignment" and it was investigating how Russia is helping North Korea get around sanctions. During the show a Russian official said that Russia would oppose stricter sanctions on North Korea for -get ready to laugh!- humanitarian reasons!

Russia. Humanitarian. In the same sentence?!

  STOP! YOU'RE KILLING ME!!!

Honestly, this guy had me ROTFLMAO.  I really I don't know how the interviewer kept a straight face. I can only imagine the outtake reel on that interview. I wonder how long it took the interviewer to stop laughing.
