Back in the 50's and 60's Ron Ormond made crap Z films like MESA OF LOST WOMEN ,PLEASE DON'T TOUCH ME! and the the EXOTIC ONES-which was about a stripper and a caged horny monster.
But in the 70's- he started making Christian films that were more terrifying than any horror film he did.
This movie-I had heard of-found it on you tube-watched it. Good gawd. Made for the crazy speaking in tounges, holy roller crowd that made up my church days as a kid. I got nothing against folks religion-but DAM! They picked an old monster/nudie director to make films for them?

Here's the whole Holy mess!

Supernatural?...perhaps. Baloney?...Perhaps not!" Bela Lugosi-the BLACK CAT (1934)
Interviewer-"Does Dracula ever end for you?
Lugosi-"No. Dracula-never ends."

What a great find!

I watched bits and this looks like a classic. I like the greasy Communist offering the sweet little children CANDY.

And it's got that same wild piano/guitar music as MESA OF LOST WOMEN.

I can't figure out the blonde's accent: "Whut kinduh miiin or yeeew?"

About the scariest thing that ever happened to me as a kid was the time I was staying with some cousins in very rural Alabama. I went to church with them on Sunday and it turned out to be one of those Pentecostal churches where they did healings, spoke in tongues, and rolled around on the floor. Being a good lil' Baptist kid I'd never heard of such shenanigans!

If you're an Andy Milligan fan there's no hope for you.

Review, with a history of Ormond & his conversion. (He survived a plane crash & decided to dedicate his talents to a higher purpose.)

Surprisingly, I'm already aware of this movie.

My entire life is YouTube reviews. Pity me.
