I Bury the Living

A man who's elected chairman of a cemetery discovers people die when he marks their plots as occupied. Interesting, but with a dissapointing ending.

Well made. Some scenes are stagey, but they pull off some interesting camera & editing tricks later in the movie, as the protagonist's sanity seems to slip.

It stars RICHARD BOONE.  I think I've got a Sinister Cinema VHS copy around here.  If I remember correctly, it has some nice camera work.  But, I found it kind of disappointing.
If you want to view paradise . . . simply look around and view it!

Yeah, it gets a bit repetitive, & then there's the ending.  :hatred: Way to spoil all the mystique writer... What's worse the end doesn't even make sense. How did he do all that?

Still good enough for a Sunday afternoon time-waster, IMO.

I got it on VHS too. It's kinda like an overlong episode of ONE STEP BEYOND.

I love the idea and it has some nice bits, but it's a tad dull.

The title could be used   for a movie about a guy who works for the american prison system today.
The doctor that circumcised Trump threw away the wrong piece.
