They used rhodan's roar in it,  toho should have sued for defamation.

I tried to watch it before, but unfortunatly I had the worst DVD set ever made so the film quality if horrible and  and the movie stops at the halfway point.

Yeah, this movie made dark star look like a high budget epic.

How a movie about a giant monster made of trash destroying a town responsible for the trash can be so painfully dull goes beyond comprehension. This and John Carradine's Monster (1980) are two of the dullest movies I've ever seen.

That said I do own The Milpitas Monster on DVD retitled The Mutant Beast. Picture quality on all releases have been awful.

I admit to having a soft spot for this odd little 'epic'.

The movie itself is a chore, but the backstory should be made into a major motion picture.

just skimmed through it on youtube.  serious audio issues aside, this just looks boring-bad, not good-bad...

most of the good reviews on imdb seem to be from milpitas residents who remember it being made, lol
