I remember that wise old papa smurf singing a song that went like this: "dont be afraid, dont be afraid.... yes even sometimes im afraid. Yes even sometimes im afraid"
And of course the other smurfs were like omg even you?!?
What episode was it? I cant find anything on youtube or google but my brain is telling me that it really did exist. Help!!!!

I haven't seen many episodes of The Smurfs. Wikipedia lists several episodes with spooky sounding themes, but their plot descriptions aren't detailed enough. Any title catch your eye? https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_The_Smurfs_episodes

Gosh darn it i guess nobody else watched the smurfs eh?

Not deliberately certainly. I always hoped the cat would kill off the smurfs and its owner.

Well i watched the snorks way more than the smurfs but i need to find this damn song! Its worse than hmm hmm him on married with children!

Maybe check the movie THE SMURFS AND THE MAGIC FLUTE.  With the longer running time there's probably more room for songs than the tv series.
