And if you're going to use fireworks be safe and courteous to your neighbors when setting them off. Some people enjoy setting them off by me late at night making it impossible for me to get to sleep at a reasonable hour, thus making me hate fireworks.

Our town isn't celebrating it until Saturday. A street dance and car show and fireworks.
Which is good- because it's 96 degrees today with humidity at 98%. It's supposed to only get up to 80 Saturday.
