I'm going with A) Capcom.

Both companies may be controversial, but when Konami sued 4Kids, it kinda led to 4Kids bankruptcy. Even if 4Kids wasn't a great company, they did produce a lot of cartoons for Saturday Mornings.

Then again, Konami made Frogger, & I like Frogger... Ah well, l'll leave my answer as A).
