Roadie,  to his friends,  wasn't a blood relation but he was part of my family for a long time.  He just died of something he shouldn't have and wouldn't have if we had a good healthcare system.  :bluesad:

He did a lot for me at times.

He had a small career in entertainment,  starring in a local theater production.

Yes I appreciate people caring. He didn't have much of a 'career' in 'showbiz' but he did it for the art and fun and  not the paycheck.

I've always felt the best way to spend your life is doing what you love. Money is nice, but once you get past a certain point it brings no extra happiness. It sounds like your friend lived this way and I like to celebrate the lifes of those who achieved this, not mourn them. Hope you can think of him with a smile in your heart.
