Rev. Powell

Many of you will remember that, for reasons I was unable to figure out, I was unable to log in here from my home computer for the last several months.

Every now and then I would try to log in and always the same thing: site not found, no matter what browser I used and what settings I tweaked.

But today my computer suddenly started recognizing badmovies.org again. I have no explanation why. But it looks like I may be joining you again.
I'll take you places the hand of man has not yet set foot...

Welcome back. I seem to get the same problem now and again too.

I guess the computer gods have given you a second chance, Greg, but next time don't forget to sacrifice a virgin microchip on Babbage's birthday.

Welcome back among the outcasts, misfits and armchair pontifactors of this online Brady Bunch. I believe your remote control and copy of Lusty Lesbian Lawyers of Louisville are where you left them, though you might want a fresh bourbon since I did see a horsefly drown your shot glass back around August. He died looking happy though.

It's anarchy here now and we shoot looters of firewood and moderators, Comrade Reverend. Enjoy your stay in our little corner of internet Siberia.

Hail Comrade Snowball!

Do we get ice cream? Look at you sucking up like the BMDO People's Revolution never happened. Long live anarchy, I tell you!

It's so hot here I could use an ice cream.

Welcome back, Rev

I'm having the same problem. Couldn't log in for over a week. This seems to happen a few times a year, no idea what is causing this.

Rev. Powell

Sorry to hear that.  :bluesad: Mine was some sort of IP/DNS issue, I'm sure, but none of the recommended steps fixed it, until one day it just started working again.

I do have a problem now that the site will often become unavailable immediately after I post something. The post will go through and I can get back on in a few minutes.

I wonder if Andrew has updated the forum software as new versions have come out.
