METROPOLIS (1927)

I just watched the restored version the other day.
I had a scratchy looking cut up s**t vhs version of it. I had seen it on PBS in the 70's, but it was on a black and white TV with a cheap uhf antenna. I had speaker wires going from the back onto my curtain rod.
Anyway-I forgot how really good this movie is!

You might want to try to find a copy of the comic "Superman's metropolis" which sets the superman mythos in the metropolis setting.
