I've been making porridge/oats for breakfast lately, trying interesting and tasty recipes. Yesterday I had coconut porridge with almond butter and raspberries. Right now I'm enjoying porridge "indian" style with onions, tomatoes, a few indian spices. I topped the porridge with two poached eggs and bacon, with two slices of buttered sweet potato toast
