I don't get the people that think something is funny just because it's a "meme".  Either it's funny or it's not.  Telling the same joke over and over again doesn't make it any funnier.  Most of the time it's not even amusing.  it's just "Hey, this is a reference to that thing that was mildly amusing."

I've been thinking about D-Day all day.

I made several social media posts about it, in commemoration.
This will probably be the last anniversary attended by a significant number of veterans.
It reminded me of some of the footage I saw from the 75th anniversary of Gettysburg in 1938, with President Roosevelt speaking.
Soon the Greatest Generation will be gone.

In the US it's because Trump has to have all the attention. Otherwise he acts like a brat.
D-Day saved us from morons like Hitler. Trump thinks nazi's are 'good people.'
It makes me sick that anybody can embrace a Nazi state of mind after the horror of WWII.

I'm sorry if I babble, but I been real quite for a while, and the ho-hum for Nazi philosophy in the world lately is f**king beyond my understanding. And it really is around the backwoods lately. I don't know where you live, but back here hillbillys are about to fly nazi flags. And I ain't jokin. There are some f**king stupid folks in this world-and sometimes I think they all live in Michigan. WTF? Some interbred a***oles in this world are just f**king STUPID!

I only found out about all of this while looking for information on octopods for an upcoming D&D session.
