Mom Passed Yesterday . . .

She went peacefully, with my sister-in-law holding her hand.
She and my Dad are together again, and I take comfort that where she is, "there shall be no more pain, nor sorrow, nor sickness, nor death; for the former things have passed away."

Eighty seven is a long life, and she had a very happy life for the most part.
She and my Dad loved one another fiercely, and at the end she told my sister-in-law that she could see him waiting for her on the other side.
Denise asked: "Do you want to go to him?"
And Mom said: "Oh, yes!"

An hour later she was with him.
I am sad because I miss her, but happy because they are together again.
