Before the endelss series of ads on this site choked my tablet and I couldn't scroll thru anymore, I saw 2 of these i'd seen. The thing and event horizon.

Ok, would you like to elaborate on that? If not that's ok, if it's so bad you don't want to say anything esle.

One movie oddly not on this list was the Korean "I saw the devil". Believe me it belonged here, and i'd pass on seeing it again.

I've seen Hostel, Saw, The Thing (not sure I'd count it as a sick movie), House of 1000 Corpses, Last House on the Left, The Woman, Evil Dead, Antichrist, Event Horizon, Cannibal Holocaust, I Spit On Your Grave, Braindead, Cabin Fever, ABC's of Death, Ichi the Killer & The Green Inferno,

so LHOTL sticks out like a sore thumb from the rest there, for me... I can appreciate the importance and artistry of THE THING, but I just didn't really 'enjoy' it. MARTYRS is also an interesting movie, but I think it could've been done a bit better

Looks like I've seen 13 of them.

Not all of these live up to the "sick and twisted" description. THE EVIL DEAD reboot, for example, was not as sick as the original, and there's nothing especially sick about THE LURE. I just remember STRANGELAND as being dumb and a waste of time; I can't remember the plot or a single scene. Some of them are quite sick, though. I can't stand CANNIBAL HOLOCAUST or LAST HOUSE ON THE LEFT; both are vile.

.BRAIN DEAD (1992) which is hilarious.
.ICHI THE KILLER (2001) which is f**ked up, but great.

.STRANGELAND (1985) which is stupid.
