I like BUZZCOCKS but I don't listen to Punk much. Listening to Singles. Some are superb, however I like them best when they lean more towards Pop Rock.

I met lotsa crazy f**kers in NYC. I never had a proplem with any of them. Unless they tried to rob me. But at clubs-never had a problem with queens. They are usually nice people with bad fashion choices. I just wore my old farmer clothes. I had real long hair and dressed like a bum. I got along with folks at punk clubs just fine.
Queens never tried to have sex with me. They knew I wasn't into it. But we hung out and got real f**king high whenever we did hang out at Mudd Club or some s**t. Nice folks!

Rev got me thinking BUZZCOCKS yesterday. I should know "Why Can't I Touch It?" but I barely remember BUZZCOCKS, a Brit band that did not get released stateside until that collection of singles around 1980. They weren't promoted much back then, already a few years old... Singles Going Steady was the BUZZCOCKS record to own. I didn't own it, and though all the songs are great, it's just this one that I am loving NOW.
