When I was younger I used to find getting drunk and then getting into a fist fight* would get rid of a ton of stress and I'd feel so much better the next day. Now, I'd suggest taking up scream therapy or 30 minutes with a punchbag as a healthier alternative.

I don't know about evil twins but when I was hooked up to that oft-referenced recall drug years ago that made lying feel impossible, I did babble about reliving our lives on loops and there being lots of other versions of me out there in other places, just flip-out crazy sounding words were coming out of my mouth and sometimes I think of all that and get the weirdest feeling one of those other versions of myself just died somewhere.

Ever watched any of those movies where they have a chance to kill the bad guy and don't? Me, I don't take those kinds of chances. Double-tap to be sure and then empty the rest of the clip just to be safe. And then reload, before decapitating the body and setting it on fire and burying the remains lying face down (because if you are buried alive gravity gets a bit confusing and you can end up trying to dig in entirely the wrong direction).
