Listening to the radio. Having tea and weed for breakfast. Waiting for Tiana to get up so I can fix her breakfast. I made ham steak and fried potatoes and onions last night. When she got out of work it was 12:30 at night, so she's gonna have it for breakfast with eggs and toast. And coffee, of course.

Sitting downstairs and staying up til the bottom of the hour to get tomorrow's work assignment. Reading old letters my father has written me and noting that somehow they age like wine, having more meaning every year. Drinking water and lime, my favorite drink (I'm so boring!). Rolling my feet over a roller bar on the floor to give my muscles a treat after a quick run earlier. Fighting off a tickle in my lungs that usually heralds waking up to a sore throat.
