Has Indy Has Been Abducted By Aliens?

Dismissing reports of odd lights in the sky, Indy drove into town to buy his mother in law some peppermint butter brickle ice cream, despite his wife and daughters clutching him saying, "Indy, Indy*, please don't go! Those odd lights in the sky have us afraid for your safety!"

* Cuz "Indy" is what his wife and daughters call him.

But still our favorite author and arrowhead collector went boldly on, determined his beloved mother in law would have her peppermint butter brickle ice cream!

His car was found around midnight off a lonesome highway in north Texas, empty but with strange scorch marks all around, the ice cream melted to a puddle on the floor, and claw marks were etched into the dashboard, showing Indy resisted the clutching tentacles of his green-scaled foes from beyond the arm of Orion!

So, that's why Indy hasn't been around, but one burning question remains.... how's he faring with all that alien anal probing?
