What are some MOVIE SOUNDTRACKS you love?

I love lots of soundtracks, but I'll start with a favorite, CARNIVAL OF SOULS (1962)

One pretty much everyone loves: THE GOOD, THE BAD AND THE UGLY

If I had to vote for the best soundtrack of all time this would be my pick.
I'll take you places the hand of man has not yet set foot...

Great choice; I have an ENNIO MORRICONE compilation of soundtrack work.

AMISTAD has a hauntingly beautiful soundtrack I will never forget!

"I shall smite you in the nostrils with a rod of iron, and wax your spleen with Efferdent!!"

Gabriel Knight

Both LORD OF THE RINGS and THE HOBBIT trilogies have beatiful music, I enjoy listening to them all the time.
I also love the main theme of DRAGONHEART, and most of Danny Elfman stuff. Like, seriously, who doesn't like BEETLEJUICE or TALES FROM THE CRYPT theme songs?

WARCRAFT soundtrack blew my mind, felt exactly like the games.

2001: A SPACE ODYSSEY

No original music, but the best integration of classical music in film ever.

Though GYORGY LIGETI might be largely unknown if KUBRICK hadn't used his music, and though not composed for the film, it sure is original.

I own MIKLOS ROZSA's soundtrack for BEN HUR on two different vinyl issues (boxed set and gatefold) plus the two disc CD issue.  I listen to that every spring.  It's wonderful.

5000 FINGERS OF DR. T

This scene freaked me out a little as an adult, I can't imagine how it would have affected kids in 1952.

A few I dig, dripping with cheesy goodness:
THE BALLAD OF HARRY WARDEN- From "My Bloody Valentine"
Error 404 (Not Found)!!1
SUPER SNOOPER- From the otherwise really dumb "Super Fuzz"
Error 404 (Not Found)!!1
DEEP RED/PROFONDO ROSSO- Goblin, from the titular Dario Argento horror flick
Error 404 (Not Found)!!1
"O the legend they say, on a Valentine's Day, is a curse that'll live on and on.."

^ I like that DEEP RED (1975 aka PROFONDO ROSSO) but man oh man, I thought I liked bad music as much as bad movies... you might got me beat!
