Got some riding in yesterday

I was down in Des Moines this weekend visiting my sister, brother in law, and their felines.  Since it was forecast to be really nice I took my bike with me.  Got a good ride in yesterday.  I used my GoPro to record a time lapse so of course Captain Overshare here has to share the video here...
