Ya know- some folks like the FRIDAY THE 13th series, or -for some reason I can't fathom- the ERNEST GOES TO- series.

One of my favorites is the BLOOD ISLAND series!
It really starts with TERROR IS A MAN (1959), which is directed by the Filipino one man show Eddie Romero. The man is a genius! This movie...eh...! It's a Z movie version of the ISLAND OF LOST SOULS (1932). But then he took that premise and made it weirder! It's hard to explain his films.Bloody, warped , sick and sexy!
.BRIDES OF BLOOD (1966)- It had Kent Taylor , from Al Adamson movies, and John Ashley! The monster looks like the Michilen Tire man crossed with Swamp Thing.
.MAD DOCTOR OF BLOOD ISLAND (1968) with John Ashley and future porn star Angelique Pettyjohn! She also did a love scene in STAR TREK with Capt. Kirk! The monster looks like different this time.
.My favorite is BEAST OF BLOOD (1970)-also with John Ashley, of course!

Supernatural?...perhaps. Baloney?...Perhaps not!" Bela Lugosi-the BLACK CAT (1934)

Lugosi-"No. Dracula-never ends."

I like HALLOWEEN (1978) it's imperfect, but damned memorable.  I like HALLOWEEN II (1981) and HALLOWEEN III (1982 - better than I did when it was new).
If you want to view paradise . . . simply look around and view it!

Part II was ...I dunno- just dragging out the Original. Part 3 I enjoyed very much!

probably F13, all of them are worth a watch, but although only 4 of them really interest me enough to watch repeatedly (3, 5, 7, and 8 if yer interested) that's still a pretty good hit rate

HOWLING series is solid if uneven, agreed claws. part 7 is up there with the best of the worst bad movies I've ever seen.

I'm more of a scifi/monster fan, so I'll say:

I liked the SUBSPECIES series from Full Moon back in the day.

The Howling? those movies are painfully bad, for me the only ones that i thought were any good at all are part 3 which has been my favorite one since i was a kid and than you have the Circus one what was that part 6? whatever one was from (1991) i haven't seen th4e ones past the 90's.

I love the Subspecies series as well i even have the 1st one on blu-ray in fact
