Scalia was stricken down by a heart attack - he had been quite vigorous and active up till his death.
He was on a hunting trip when he died, as I recall.

As for Associate Justice Ginsburg failing to resign from the court when she was too ill to do the job, in what way do you doubt me, and how could you disagree? If someone can't do a job, that person should resign, true of plumbers or judges.

The reason Trump is strong-arming a Justice is because if he loses- he wants the court on his side. He thinks they will back him if he loses. He's going to contest the election if he loses.
Won't happen no matter what. Not all people are as shallow as him. He forgets that most folks who were on his side now are under arrest or quit. Or writing books, so history won't view them as scumbags (Cohen).
If he throws his friends and business buddies under the bus- you really think he gives a f**k about you?

And now Nancy Pelosi is talking about impeaching Trump if he fulfills his constitutional duty as the President of the United States to appoint another Supreme Court Justice to replace her.

Trump has the right. I don't care who he appoints. Nothing is going to save his sinking boat. Once that person is in, I'll bet you dollars to donuts they distance themselves real quick.
And even bringing in 'constitutional' duties is absurd. This shmuck flaunts the constitution every other day.
