and a train - Vampire circus? or the boss was a vampire...

Always glad to see someone's question answered. Though, I seldom can provide the answer. Obviously, not, but, I was going to suggest 1972's Vampire Circus. While most of the members of the circus are vampires, I believe there might be a werewolf in it.

A circus comes to a Middle European village, not only to avenge themselves on the villagers, who killed their leader at the start of the film, but to raise him from the dead as well.

A film that needs to be remade with a larger budget, as they were running out of money towards the end, so the ending was rushed. Still (IMHO) not only with Captain Kronos, Vampire Hunter one of the best vampire films of the '70s, but one of the best horror films ever.

i agree, it's a brilliant movie, and one of the few i'd like to see a remake of. the shapechanger was actually a panther, not a wolf. if i remember correctly, the tiger was a changer too, female, and the twins as well.

That's what I was going to suggest.   I didn't remember a werewolf, but I did remember the tiger and thought maybe Venomx73 was misremembering.
