Christening the new apt

A friend of my father's once told us an amusing story; Someone new moved in next door and was always throwing loud parties at night. Finally the guy couldn't take it any longer and went next door to have a talk with him. After that, he didn't have any more problems from them. I'm not sure if it was his persuasive personality or the fact that when the guy answered the door our friend was holding his .44 magnum...

That movie is called "The 4th Floor" and it is quite good!
Very creepy.
