Im pretty sure the guy second from the right was the hood in BRIDE OF THE MONSTER (1955). And that looks like Dolores Fuller in front of him. The old guy with glasses looks like the leading man Tony McCoy's father, who put up money for BRIDE OF THE MONSTER.

If I understand the word boned right, no. Look at the dog's hind legs. Now look left, between the dog's legs & the man's torso. See the light? The man is at an ~45 degree angle to the dog, with his legs extending behind the dog.
