American Cyborg -Steel Warrior  (1994) makes it's SciFi premier Saturday night. I haven't seen this turkey but here is quote from Joe Bob goes to the Drive-in dated 1/21/94 that makes it sound interesting.

"Duelling cyborgs John Ryan (pizza face) and Joe Lara (pretty-boy face) engage in underwater bionic kung fu in an effort to control the last remaining fetus-in-a-jar on Earth, in the pro-life classic "American Cyborg: Steel Warrior.""

And you thought Trek isn't cool.

Dug up an older post where I talked about this one and its corny "carry the fetus in a jar" idea:

I guessed the ending's "surprise revelation" about thirty minutes into the movie. This is never a good sign. Nor is it a good sign when the bad cyborg can blast people left and right, but misses the female hero every single time. And there are multiple opportunities for him to shoot her.

For those who have not seen the film: in the future all of mankind is sterile, except for one woman. She has conceived, but instead of carrying her baby in her womb, it is placed in a container. There are multiple scenes of "fetus in a jar" when she takes it out to feed or look at it. She has to get the bottled fetus across the ruined city to escape on a boat to Europe. A killer cyborg is after her, while a rogue warrior boy is helping her. There are cannibal mutants, drug users, and various gangs roaming around too.
