Lost actor

Joe Balough.    His IMDB page shows that he has not worked since 1994 in films.   Nothing comes up after that on any google search.  has anyone seen or heard or know his whereabouts/contacts?   I'd like to interview him for his work on Andy Miillgagan's Monstrosity.
