TEL AVIV — Jonathan Pollard, a former U.S. Navy analyst who served 30 years in prison for spying on behalf of Israel, landed in Tel Aviv early Wednesday with his wife, ending a tense chapter between the two countries and adding to the list of departing gestures from the Trump administration to the Jewish state.
