Breitbart is an extreme right news source.  It was conceived to represent the alt-right.    It has posted and favored viewpoints that are overtly racist, among other things (such as conspiracy theory)

Personally, i do not stand in favor of racism or of white power.   I believe that these things are wrong.  Morallly, absolutely wrong.    I stand against racism.  I stand against white power.

The source that you cite stands for these things.  By bringing that site into the conversation, what you imply to me is that you are saying that you favor white power, that you believe that the voice of racism should be heard and amplified.    That these things are not immoral, that they are not wrong.

Does that make the difference in our points of view more clear to you?  And, have I misunderstood your point of view?

I've been following Breitbart for a pretty long time, & I have yet to encounter any racism, albeit, not the only news source I follow...

Your response merely tells me that you decided to disregard what was written because of the source without reading it, which tells me that I'm interacting with someone intolerant, closed minded, and not to inclined to thought.

I've also come to the conclusion that what occurred on Wednesday was wrong, however, In my interest in alternative news sources, I am seeing the pictures & hearing the eyewitness accounts of professional agitators moving to the front of the crowd, and accounts from people deciding to leave when they saw this group at the front getting ornery.

The official talking points for Republican lawmakers have been issued, and House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy is on it. Let's just preface this with the context: five people have died—two of them killed—by insurrectionists attempting to overthrow the government and the results of the presidential election. That was instigated by Donald Trump and there is every indication that this wasn't a rally gone bad. It was a full-fledged and plotted coup attempt. Plotted. In the White House. Blood was shed and lives were lost in the United States Capitol. The people's house. At Trump's behest and orders.

More context. McCarthy returned to the House Chamber in the aftermath of that insurrection and occupation of the Capitol—walking past wreck and ruin of the building, broken furniture, shattered glass, bullet holes, human waste—and voted with 139 other House Republicans to throw out the votes of the citizens of Arizona and Pennsylvania. Based on QAnon lies and conspiracy theories and Trump fantasies. With that context, that waste of skin and oxygen gives the GOP narrative: "Impeaching the President with just 12 days left will only divide our country more..."
