26. This may sound stupid-
Curly Howard

Not really, but I'd've gone for SHEMP HOWARD
Curly actually got most of his routine from Shemp- who was with the act long before Curly got involved.

Larry, Moe, Shemp, and Ted Healy- 1925.
Supernatural?...perhaps. Baloney?...Perhaps not!" Bela Lugosi-the BLACK CAT (1934)

Lugosi-"No. Dracula-never ends."

:bouncegiggle:

Her crowning achievement for me was The Legend of Billie Jean (1985), and she was "ok" in Ruthless People (1986). I barely remember Supergirl or any of her "fine acting nuances" for that part. Other than that, she's just not a very memorable actress.

Would I include her in a 100 Best Actors OF ALL TIME list? I doubt it but that's just me  :bouncegiggle:

Sorry for the interruption. Please carry on.

I've never heard of her.

34 (I think): Pam Grier

Surprised I got to her before RC!
I'll take you places the hand of man has not yet set foot...

^ I was just about to post her!  :buggedout:
35. John Carradine

Say what you will about the senior Carradine, but he was always memorable and had style.
Check out the GRAPES OF WRATH (1940).

Supergirl was all about Faye Dunaway anyway. I think she even got first billing. I just noticed Slater was in The Secret of my Success and I don't even remember what part she played.

I could be mistaken, but I think that's from Treasure Island with him as Long John Silver?

So that makes him a great actor?

You have seen him; he's even got a significant part in AROUND THE WORLD IN 80 DAYS (1956)
He was Long John Silver in TREASURE ISLAND (1950)
He was Blackbeard in BLACKBEARD THE PIRATE (1952)
He was Bill Sykes in OLIVER TWIST (1948)

Gabriel Knight

38 - Ricardo Darín

Perhaps he's a little out of his league among all the names you've mentioned, but I thoroughly recommend to watch a couple of his movies, mainly EL SECRETO DE SUS OJOS.
