One of the most terrifying things I ever seen on TV as a child.
But it did use the voice of Emil Sitka, who worked with the 3 Stooges a lot!

Oh I loved that Conan O'Brien skit

At least, that's what Gary Busey told me...

I think I have the complete series on DVD. Not a bad little mystery/adventure show, if you can get past the limited animation & live action lips. Character, airplanes, & backgrounds were generally well-drawn.

Same company went on to make an animated version of The Three Stooges, with live-action intro segments staring, the real deal!

The Burgomaster

I watched it all the time when I was a little kid. I don't think I realized the mouths were real until I was about 8 years old.

Ever see Space Angel or Captain Fathom, the other shows which used the same process?

^ No . And never want to. That mouth thing-all red and not at all like the non existent animation is disturbing to me.

When Christopher Walken tells the story of putting a watch up his ass in PULP FICTION, the kid is watching Clutch Cargo.

This makes me wonder what it would be like to put Clutch Cargo up my ass.
