There are supposed to be a Wolf Man and Shrunken Head versions...I never seen an example. I don't think they were ever produced.

I think all three were produced but if so, the two you mention are even scarcer than Frankenstein.

That "electronic computer brain" interests me. How old is this ad, & what was that toy supposed to do?
