Kansas Politican Substitute Teacher Flips out

A Kansas lawmaker was serving as a susbtitute teacher.  he spent the day ranting about God, suicide, masturbation, and attacking at least two students. 

One student he kicked in the groin and then told the rest of the class they had permission to kick him as well. 
At one point he encouraged the students to "make babies" because it feels good.
He also talked about how one unnamed student tried to commit suicide because he had gay foster parents. 

During this he also mentioned how "God speaks to him."
