This has all the badness you would expect. It looks very much like something that must have originally been made for Syfy. Monsters that keep getting bigger, keystone boss, one fairly recognizable actor (Ethan Phillips) among a cast of unknowns.

Standard low-budget CGI, too. The final spider keeps changing size from shot to shot.

I did rather like how an 8th grade science teacher (with a masters in biology) finds the solution.

As cheesy movies go, this was a processed cheese product. Nothing exciting, but not too stinky to consume.

That one has to be set in Ireland. Reptiles taking revenge on Saint Patrick in bad weather.
