Movie title

I am trying to find the titlle to teh following movie. The plot is about a group of daughters who come to the home of their dying father. The home is in  the city, and is under threat of being sold and demolished. It is a fairly recent film although I can't remember any of the actors. I thought the father was Peter O'Toole, but that seems to be wrong. Help?

Was it "Hanging Up" with Meg Ryan, Diane Keaton, and Lisa Kudrow (daughters) and Walter Matthau as the dad?
