Very odd vampire move made in the Philippines about a bald Dracula type with a hunchback and dwarf henchmen and a large bat doing incomprehensible nonsense involving a heart transplant?
Weird changes in the film from color to red or blue tinted film.
Make of it what you will.

This is from the film...supposedly. It wasn't in the version I seen.

I bought the Hemisphere Box of Horrors blu-ray set last year and this movie is in it. I can't remember if the scene in the picture above is in this version.
