11 years ago today I met the head of the church of England. While he seemed a nice enough guy from our short meeting, I am neither a member of the Anglican church, a Christian or even English so the whole experience was rather wasted on me.

Gotta say I'm not a fan of jury duty for civil court cases. Bored out of my mind and trying to keep up with witnesses is frustrating.

I cut all the nappy pieces out of my hair a few months ago. I was going bald, so I figured "f**k it."
Now it's growing like crazy. Not even a one thinning or bad spot. I don't know why. I'm turning back into the long hair freak I was! Plus I lost lotsa weight since Tiana left! Because I rarely eat anymore, and smoke and drink more than anything....but I look good!

Not long ago I was having blood drawn and the nurse, I guess assuming she was dealing with an amateur at this, tried to distract me, as nurses do, and credit to her, she actually did.

The conversation went like this....

Nurse: "You know sleep apnea?"

Me: "Yeah."

Nurse: "Did you know there's such a thing as male urination apnea?"

Me: "Huh?"

Nurse: "When the vital signs of men are taken while they are standing and urinating, it turns out many men hold their breath as they urinate, and it's not good for them."

By the time I contemplated this, the needle was already out.

Men are odd ducks....

I've been trying to figure out where to begin in tubi's "hood" movies. I did a search and one called Plug Love came up a few times. started watching it. It is really bad in a great way. can't wait to finish
