Are there too many Internet forums?

There aren't too many forums out there, but there are too many a***oles posting in them.

There aren't nearly as many forums as there used to be.  Many of them have switched over to Reddits and Discords, which is fine for immediate talk, but sucks for actual conversation or looking up anything that has been posted in the past.
