Thinking of a '70s scifi movie marathon

I'd like to put together a list of '70s science fiction movies to shotgun to get into that mood of exploratory wonder and dystopian chagrin. So far I've got:

Movies I've seen:

Close Encounters of the Third Kind
Soylent Green
Logan's Run
Star Wars
Star Trek The Motion Picture
Escape To Witch Mountain
The Ultimate Warrior

Movies I haven't seen yet, but sounds like they are in the right direction

The Andromeda Strain
The Omega Man
Colossus - The Forbin Project
The Final Programme
Westworld

I won't watch Silent Running again because I will cry my eyes out.

Any more suggestions for a 70s playlist of movies for exploratory wonder and dystopian angst?
