My book just needs a polish

Although it's hard to do, step away from it for a couple of months and then re-read it. You'll be amazed at the difference in perspective that time will give you.

Thanks: I've been writing it since 1992 so it's been a long time for me sitting with it.

I sorted mistakes I made like saying Dark of The Sun was made here when it wasn't and other things like that.

There's always a sadness in releasing a book, because it no longer belongs to you. Sure, you want others to read it....you guess...you hope it makes some money, or at least doesn't get laughed at, but the feeling somewhere down deep that it was once your baby and now it's out there in the harsh world...that can hurt. There's always a sense of goodbye when a book goes on sale.
