I had a think about why so few horror movies were banned here: I think film distributors saw films overseas and thought that the apartheid censors are so strict, we shouldn't even purchase this film for SA as it might get banned and there goes our money

The film is undesirable
The film has merit but.............
This film is or will be offensive to a certain section of the SA public

i've seen 17/20 on the first one, and 7/10 on the second one. but that isn't the evil part. the evil part is that i OWN them all on dvd, lol!
