Relaxing after doing lot of housework.

Thinking about becoming a quasi-hermit.

It's never been more tempting in my life, or easier due to technology, to turn my back on the world. I could order-in almost anything from food to clothes to books. I have retirement income, other sources of income, my family's around to keep me company, friends could still stop over. The impetus for these thoughts is how unique right now is, no outer demnds for employment or need to go out and forage at grocery stores. An enemy of mine who made a lot of upset and trouble for me died satisfyingly painfully back in May leaving me no longer required to be outwardly focused on this person, I feel more secure than I have in thirteen years, and almost everything I want in the immediate sense is at my home, so why go out when things could be brought in? Might be interesting to take a vacation from the world and spend an extended time away from its turmoil and tend a garden, read books I never made time for, and let what lies beyond the wrought iron gate unfold as it will.

Yeah, right now I'm actually thinking about this.
