If you could kill somebody, and go scot free, who would it be?

My birth parents - who I didn't know - as they caused me a lifetime of torment.

Kill? Nah, I'd split into ten pieces and use it to torture people instead. OK, seriously, I'd save it as a backup in case someone were harming any loved one of mine, then I'd use it to save my loved one. That's the only reason I'd want to kill anyone, to prevent harm to someone I loved. Killing someone is a big deal.
