North Korean Godzilla

I was just watching a documentary on some Korean director and they said he directed a North Korean Godzilla movie. They showed a really, really short clip and the monster looked like a giant lizard with a bull's head. Anyone know the name of this film?

Perhaps it's "Star Godzilla". Stomp Tokyo (sorry Andrew) has a review of it.

no, Star Godzilla was never made (the ST review is a hoax). The movie in question is Pulgasary, which was released over here on DVD a couple of years ago as Giant Monster Pulgasari.

The bug in the picture is from Inframan.  The Godzilla suits are from a teen comedy mentioned in Ed Godziwieski's Encyclopedia of Godzilla that I can't remember for the life of me--I'll look it up and report back later.
