Moron destroys Pretoria's oldest cinema

The Sterland [Star Land] cinema in Pretoria is Pretoria and South Africa's longest operational cinema, having opened in 1969.

A while back, a money-mad moron with more $$$ than sense, bought the place, kicked all the tenants out, renovated it at a cost of millions of South African rand and all went well for a time.

Now, the place has had its electricity supply cut off due to non-payment.

I went there this morning. Place is closed, no lights on and almost all the tenants have been kicked out.

Newspaper reports state that the premises have been put up for sale. 😔

Obviously, your next step is to buy it. 

Failing that, move in without telling anybody and claim squatter's rights.  I don't know if your country has squatter's, but claim them anyway.  Maybe you'll confuse people.
