I've had a Lovecraft biopic in my mind for a long time. It would involve HP's life history with scenes from his most famous stories shown as dreams. Because many of Lovecraft's stories were inspired by his dreams, the movie would show a snippet of a dream, then he would write them, which would be played out on screen. The movie would involve his beloved grandfather who I imagine being played by Liam Neeson, but Bill Nighy would work. HP would be played by Benedict Cumberbatch. I'd like there to be a mystical element to it, with the final scenes being his passing, HP finding himself at the Gate of the Silver Key, and his grandfather waiting for him.
