Oh, I love it: I can't recall any other song written from the perspective of a sexually-jaded teenage girl toying with a fake bad boy who's in over his head.

DUKE ELLINGTON Mood Indigo

Technically an opera about a Hungarian doctor who pioneered antiseptic procedures for childbirth, but not operatic: it's sung in a naturalistic, approachable contemporary style with only one male and one female vocalist. In some ways it sounds more like a pop/rock concept album (but no electric guitars). Interesting stuff.
